Shipping policy

Odd Moth Craft & Curio is solely responsible for shipping products and providing tracking.

Please allow 1-3 weeks processing time. 
Depending on which shipping rate you selected, the actual delivery time can take up to 1 week for US orders and over a month for international orders. Order labels are purchased when orders are packed. That being said, the day you receive your tracking may not be the same day your order is shipped out.

Orders are considered lost after 3 weeks if there is no update/delivery from the date packages are dropped off. In these cases, if a replacement is possible, I will send one out.

Odd Moth is not liable or responsible for the package if order status shows delivered but your package is lost. We cannot offer a replacement. In those cases, you would need to reach out to USPS. Mail lost or delayed by USPS is not our responsibility. 

If an order arrives to you broken, send an e-mail with pictures and a detailed description of the issue within 24 hours of order arrival, and we will process a return label for you to send the item back for a replacement for free. If your item breaks from normal wear, we still offer to fix it for free, but you as the customer will have to cover shipping cost and we will e-mail you the labels.
